Role Overview
This position is for attorneys who understand that crypto law is not theoretical. You will advise founders, investors, protocols, and high-net-worth individuals facing regulatory scrutiny, enforcement risk, disputes, or asset exposure tied to digital assets.
You will operate at the intersection of law, finance, and enforcement.
Responsibilities
- Advise on token launches, protocol structuring, and compliance strategy
- Respond to regulatory inquiries and enforcement actions
- Handle disputes involving founders, investors, and digital asset ownership
- Design risk containment strategies for digital asset exposure
- Coordinate with offshore structures and international counsel
Requirements
- Deep familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain, and regulatory frameworks
- Experience with enforcement, compliance, or complex financial matters
- Comfort advising sophisticated clients with significant exposure
Compensation
$240,000 – $400,000 base salary, or equivalent high-six to low-seven-figure annual advisory compensation depending on engagement structure.
