Role Overview
This role exists for attorneys who are available when others are not. You will act as private counsel to executives, principals, and families facing urgent legal exposure. Availability, judgment, and discretion matter more than titles.
This position requires total reliability.
Responsibilities
- Provide immediate legal response to crises involving arrest, litigation, or reputational risk
- Coordinate multi-jurisdictional legal strategy on short notice
- Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on exposure containment
- Manage sensitive matters requiring absolute discretion
- Act as point counsel during emergencies regardless of time or location
Requirements
- Significant experience in litigation, investigations, or high-risk legal matters
- Exceptional judgment under pressure
- Willingness to be available 24/7
- Absolute discretion and professionalism
Compensation
$300,000 – $500,000 base salary, plus discretionary bonuses reflecting availability, urgency, and outcome.
