Senior Litigation Associate

Role Overview

This role is for litigators who do not need supervision and do not need reassurance. You will run high-stakes matters involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death, employment retaliation, and corporate misconduct. You will be expected to think strategically, move decisively, and perform under pressure when the consequences are real.

This is not a training position. You will be trusted with serious matters because you are capable of carrying them.

Responsibilities

1. Lead litigation from intake through resolution in complex civil matters
   
2. Draft and argue dispositive motions, discovery disputes, and evidentiary issues
   
3. Take and defend depositions of executives, experts, and adverse witnesses
   
4. Develop litigation strategy focused on decisive outcomes
   
5. Interface directly with clients in high-pressure situations
   
   

Requirements

1. 6+ years of litigation experience
   
2. Proven courtroom and deposition experience
   
3. Strong written advocacy and strategic judgment
   
4. Ability to operate independently without micromanagement
   
   

Compensation

‍
$220,000 – $350,000 base salary, plus discretionary performance bonuses tied to results and strategic contribution.
