This role is for litigators who do not need supervision and do not need reassurance. You will run high-stakes matters involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death, employment retaliation, and corporate misconduct. You will be expected to think strategically, move decisively, and perform under pressure when the consequences are real.
This is not a training position. You will be trusted with serious matters because you are capable of carrying them.
$220,000 – $350,000 base salary, plus discretionary performance bonuses tied to results and strategic contribution.
